  • Secrets are encrypted using AWS KMS

  • In the future customers will be able to integrate their own KMS for secret encryption

Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Uptime Target

Tulip targets a 99.5% up-time of the Tulip service, including the availability of app.tulip.io, Tulip/Git operations and UI functionality such as code editing, search, etc.

You can track our up-time and current status of the service at https://status.salto.io

Supported Browsers

Tulip officially supports the latest stable browser version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge (Chromium).

Some third-party browser extensions or JavaScript libraries may not work well with Tulip. Although some third-party browser extensions can personalize and enhance your experience, we don’t recommend using browser extensions that manipulate your Document Object Module (DOM). Using third-party browser extensions is at your own risk. Tulip can’t prevent these extensions from accessing your Tulip data, nor can we detect that there’s any attempt to access your data.

  • Focus on the element/files/content search field by clicking cmd/ctrl+P

  • Navigate across open Elements and Files tabs by getting one of the tabs in focus (either by a mouse click on the tab, or by tabbing until you get to the right tab handle), then use right/left arrows + enter.
