In addition to our existing Support widget - the link is always available in the bottom left hand corner of the app, we've also added a 'Get help from support' option from within a deployment.
If you have a problem or a question about a specific element that Tulip has flagged with a change validator or error, you can click into that element, then "How to Resolve" then "Get Help from Support" and it will send us a message with the deployment ID and the element name and warning.
There is an option to add more details and any context you can offer might be helpful, but even if you just close the pop-up, we'll still get the message and our team will reach out to assist.
